There’re about 82 TIBA members not only covering all circles in Taiwan such as manufacturing industry and hi-tech companies, etc., but also integrating Taiwan associations that promote Taiwan-India bilateral exchanges. In addition, any domestic and international groups or individuals who agree with TIBA objectives are most welcome to participate in TIBA working together to develop economic and trade cooperative relation between Taiwan and India.

(1) The general meeting is the highest authority in TIBA, including council composed of 10 directors and managing directors; board of supervisors composed of 4 supervisors and 1 managing supervisor. The current board director is Mr. Huang, Theodore, vice board director Mr. Wung, Wen-Chi and chairwoman of board of supervisors Mrs. He, Mei-Yueh.

(2) TIBA has commissions in charge of association affairs, international affairs and domestic affairs, middle area, south area and information center. Several commission members from the council and board of supervisors are appointed by board director for the same term of office as board director.

(3) There’re one secretary-general and one executive secretary in TIBA.
